The PRO Ski Simulator models are dynamic devices which can be used for rehabilitation of injuries to develop enhanced lateral strength, core/back strength and flexibility. Ski simulation therapy focuses on repetitive lateral movements that are not used on treadmills, bicycles, elliptical machines or even most advanced weight training techniques. While plyometric exercises are similar in some respect to ski simulation, they lack the smooth, no-impact characteristic found in the Pro Ski Simulators. Even beginning users will find that they can make rapid gains in strength and flexibility with regular ski simulation training, due to the highly repetitive motions, which develops excellent muscle memory and response/reaction levels. Improved muscle memory and response means diminished likelihood of injuries that result from poor balance and coordination. Greater balance and coordination results in higher levels of confidence - both in athletic demands and in every day physical activities.
Occupational physical therapy programs can also be measurably enhanced through the balance and strength building qualities of ski simulation therapy and training.
Excellent for BALANCE therapy and practice...
PRO Ski Simulator models have proven to be excellent tools in therapy to improve your motor skills, such as balance, endurance and coordination.
Several independent studies have shown that regular balance exercises not only prevent injuries to muscles, sinews and connective tissue, but that it also sharpens your senses.
By activating and relaxing the strained muscles when practicing on the PRO Ski Simulator, you also get the benefit of treating / stabilizing joints and decreasing back pains.
WE RECOMMEND THIS DEVICE TO ALL INSTITUTIONS PROVIDING REHABILITATION FOR PROFESSIONAL AND RECREATIONAL SPORTSMEN.
JOIN OTHER EUROPEAN INSTITUTIONS ALREADY USING THE PRO-SKI SIMULATOR.
